1 scoop of Elevate, 1 glass of water, mix & enjoy!

1 scoop of Elevate daily complex, add lemon juice, sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce and pour over your preferred greens & enjoy!

Mash up a ripe banana in a bowl, add 1 scoop of elevate daily complex to the mix, add the quick oats and chia seeds—stir well., add non-dairy milk and stir all together. Pour into a jar and cover. Place the jar in the fridge and allow oats to soak overnight. In the morning, add whatever toppings you desire & enjoy!
